- EOEduardo OMay 2, 20264.0I was booked here for a work trip and felt really comfortable and welcomed the second I walked in thanks to Sai. He was very helpful polite and courteous he always seemed to have a smile on his face and was always willing to help you out with what you needed to elevate your experience at Best Western. I will be coming back to this hotel and I'm glad I got booked here to begin with once again thank you Sai for all of the hard work and for being very helpful

The receptionist sai is super nice and when I asked for extra towels he was more than glad to assist me with that which he never made me feel like a bother when I came down for breakfast he checked up on me and the breakfast was delicious I wish there was more options but the waffles definitely hit the spot. Thank you sai for your hospitality will definitely be back

Best western has great prices and the room itself was very clean I was here for 4 nights and I always had clean towels the guy at the front I believe his name is sai he was very polite and helpful any chance he saw me he would ask how my stay is going and if I need anything to call the front office people like this make you want to come here because of the hospitality he provided. I hope this company is treating him good. He deserves a raise

The Best Western was a welcome haven for us during a stresfully difficult time for our family. The rooms were clean, spacious and comfortable. The desk girl, Kira or Kara... something like that... she was so helpful, definitely a 10+ for customer service. Very knowledgeable of the local area, restaurants and shopping. Breaksfast was the unexpectedly good. The waffles are my fave, but the eggs, sausage and potatoes were just right. I was also impressed with how clean the breaksfast area was kept. Nice hotel. Good customer service. This place will be our go to for visiting Texas City.
