  I stayed at the Holiday Inn Temple for two nights during a business trip, and unfortunately, the experience fell short of expectations. While the rooms were clean and generally pleasant, the overall stay was disappointing. Hospitality should come with a basic level of courtesy, regardless of whether it’s a luxury hotel or not. The front desk staff, literally all of them, could benefit from a more welcoming and professional approach, something as simple as a smile and polite interaction goes a long way. One of the most frustrating issues was the fire alarm going off briefly multiple times throughout the second night. It was disruptive and affected sleep. When I asked about it the next morning, the only response I received was, “I don’t know, I wasn’t here.” No explanation, no follow-up, and not even an apology. That lack of concern was surprising. Additionally, the room temperature control was inconsistent. While the A/C initially reached the desired temperature, it did not maintain it overnight and seemed to restart in the morning, which made the room uncomfortable. Overall, while the rooms themselves were fine, the lack of customer care made this stay disappointing.

  L’hotel è bellissimo, con una palestra essenziale ma ben curata e una piscina calda perfetta per rilassarsi. Lo staff è incredibilmente cordiale e disponibile, in particolare Veronica, che voglio ringraziare di cuore per la sua costante assistenza e il tempo che mi ha dedicato.

  I stayed here while on a work trip and I will say the lady who checked me in was very sweet however once I got to the room, it had a very dingy and weird smell. The walls are very thin as well so I could hear people talking through the walls. Not sure why its rated so high as it seems to be a pretty mediocre hotel. The breakfast was good, and had a lot of variety. In short, not worth the money I paid.
