I stayed in this hotel Oct 2025 for a work trip, my coworker found bed bugs in her room on the 2nd floor, carpets were stained and it looked like the floors were never cleaned. Please for your safety do not stay here.

Stayed for 3 days and we were not able to open our door either night because the battery was dead. We had to wait for someone from the front desk to open our door, and were told that the work order was marked as complete after letting both the day and overnight shift know about it. Either they swapped it with another dead battery or it didn’t get done.

Just checked in yesterday and the room and service have been great so far. Breakfast is great and there is plenty of it. Home2 Suites is close to anything I could need during me stay. Extremely satisfied.

My experience at Home2 Suites Temple was extremely disappointing and unacceptable. On September 6, I accidentally left behind a medical device essential to my health. The item was found by the hotel staff and I was told it had been secured. However, when I returned, I was informed that the device was no longer available, and that because the employee who had originally handled it no longer works there, it was simply “lost.”
This explanation is beyond unprofessional and shows a shocking lack of responsibility. Losing any guest’s property is bad enough, but mishandling a medical device is outrageous. The way this situation was managed shows serious negligence and a complete disregard for guest trust and well-being.
I will not stay at this property again, nor will I recommend Hilton hotels until they take accountability and improve how they handle guest belongings.
