Corporate owned and privately owned, and this one just seems lazy. Doesn’t seem to care that people have been loyal to their brand. I think this will be my last stay with this particular hotel. For now on when I’m Temple , I will stay at another IHG brand.

- PAPatricia AdkinsAug 12, 20255.0I was here for a catered recruiting event, so I can't speak to the rooms. Regardless, I was really impressed with the catering and service. They served Chicken Parmesan, glazed carrots and probably the best garlic bread I have ever had. Also on offer was strawberry cheesecake and chocolate chip cookies. I waddled out at the end of the evening because it was all so good. The staff were all extraordinarily helpful and went the extra mile.

Toilet was not fixed and next morning had to come down and demand to move in my pajamas. Cheryl Winn MOD said that she would need to speak to GM/Owner Kal Patel,in order to compensate us for our horrible experience and inconvenienceof moving rooms in the early morning. Still have not heard back from Cheryl nor Kal. Unacceptable customer service.
