  I stayed here for a month, for work. The staff were always greeting me and were very friendly. The hotel is right off I-35. I felt safe. I chose to be "green," so they cleaned my room every 5 or so days. They always accommodated me if I needed extra towels, etc. They have Keurig coffee makers in the room and a mini-fridge. I asked for extra hangers, and they provided. I had to print a personal document in color (don't tell the owner) but the evening girls helped me accomplish that. They also helped me create a "flat Stanley," story for a child. What an experience! It made my stay enjoyable.

  I am an IHG Member and I've been Loyal for Years. I reserved and Stayed at Belton Hotel Holiday on IH 35. I've been to serveral Holiday Inns and I always respected their Policies. We've stayed at th eother in Temple Several Times. Never a Problem. They Charged me $300 for Odor issue and I must say - I never heard of this but Claims it caised them Money. I Am no Longer going to use IHG and th eManager Cheryl was not pleasant to speak to as if she owns the Hotel.. Worst IHG Experience Ever and I spent a lot of Money over the years. So Glad I didn't give them my Money for Breakfast or any Incidentals. Now Hilton is my Destination wh - Over such a Smal Issue I I feel they could have worked with me a bit more but not Cheryl. Leah was Nice - But Cherly - No. She talked to me as if I was a Child and then Thanked Me as if she was Cordial. I can't ever go back to an IHG and we had a greta Weekend at the Indig. NOMO

  Nice, clean hotel with full service resturant. They have a very nice breakfast buffet and cook eggs to order. Pearl was our super friendly waitress.

  Worst experience ever! Dirty rooms! Terrible unprofessional customer service! And to top it off, someone broke into my vehicle there! Their cameras “couldn’t” catch that blind spot in the parking lot.

  My company booked a room for me at this hotel. I never stay at this brand of hotel and after staying here, I will never consider it. I would not select a hotel located alongside the interstate that offers no additional security as access to guest rooms doesn’t require a key or a stop at the front desk. I watched an Uber driver deliver food and then twenty minutes later I’m getting ice and see the same driver just walking through the hotel on a different floor from his delivery. The rooms are outdated , a/c units all emit a strange odor, and plumbing is old and faulty. Stayed for two weeks and the amount of plungers posted outside of guest doors each day was astonishing. Lastly, the manager Cheryl G., appears to have issues with boundaries and people of color. If you like to hear cars and eighteen wheelers driving by all night, value NO safety and enjoy staff treating you like you entered a sun down town after dark, by all means this Holiday Inn is the place. However, if your safety, quality of sleep, and being treated like a decent human matters please seek shelter elsewhere. Oh and last thing, the breakfast was terrible. Overpriced, microwaved food that they put on warmers each morning and charge guests 12.99.
