- UUUli6 days ago3.0Wir waren vor 5 Wochen für 5 Tage im Hotel (2DZ, 1EZ). Auf Grund von Glatteis waren wir mehr oder weniger auf das Hotel angewiesen und freuten uns auf Fitness/Hallenbad/Whirlpool. Bauarbeiten, alles nicht benutzbar, wohl seit längerer Zeit, was aber bei der Buchung nicht erwähnt wurde. Nachts waren Handwerker auf dem Stockwerk zu Gange, beim Essen im Foyer war es so kalt, dass man nur mit Jacke dort sitzen konnte, anscheinend hat die Heizung/Klimaanlage nicht funktioniert, keiner wusste Bescheid. Das Eis vor den Hoteleingängen wurde nicht entfernt. ABER das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Fehler liegt unserer Meinung nach an dem Management/Leitung dieses Holels.

Breakfast is NOT included. The bed was extremely comfortable and the place is very welcoming and clean. Will definitely stay again.

The tv in the room did not have access to streaming options and the live tv guide showed no information available. The only lamp in the room could only be turned on and off by plugging into the wall because the switch didn’t work. I brought these issues to the front desk, they said they would send someone to fix the issues but they were never fixed.

Always under renovation, indoor pool always out of service, room door hinges coming loose from frame and only closes with great difficulty, bathroom electrical outlet hooked up to lights so no power at night and no nightlight, front door not usable and have to enter through side door. Lobby ok but cold. This hotel needs new management, it is terrible.
