I am a Hilton member so I was quite disappointed with this hotel. There is maid service every other day. The bottles were detached from the wall in the bathroom. There was only one hanger on the bathroom door to hang towels. There were holes in the wall where towel hangers might have been. I paid extra for a room with breakfast and then I was told my child wasn’t free. I specifically chose this hotel in Temple because it had an indoor pool. The pool was closed. There should have been notice of this on the website.

Not worth the money! Location was great staff was nice but you are not getting what you pay for. In the hallway they have dehumidifiers and peeling wallpaper that look like mold is underneath. Hot tub was not functioning properly and you have to ask staff for access to the pool which is inconvenient considering how much you pay. Card access does not work on the doors you have to walk around the building in order to get in because the card readers are down. Stayed on the 3rd floor with no knowledge or a heads up that work was being done to the 4th floor so all hours of the day you hear loud bangs and drilling above which is very inconsiderate when trying to sleep in, relax, take a nap or watch tv. Outlets didn’t work in the room, shower shelves were missing, lights broken, stains on the wall and wooden trim broken and falling off by the bed. I would recommend using your money elsewhere.

The food in the hotel 🏨 restaurant is amazing 👏 as well as their drinks 🍸 😋 I would love to stay here again when I return next year! This is a win win situation here! Rooms are good, a few things that can improve but the service and location and staff is outstanding 👏 "I'll be back" 😁

I am a Hilton Honors member so I have stayed at a lot of Hiltons. This was a very disappointing experience: room temp did not adjust well, hole in sink, 'cold' water was warm, shower water pressure poor, $15.95 for breakfast---which really means over $20.00 with tax and tip (sorry, did I say "tax"? I meant "Texas Recovery Fee," which is a euphemism for "tax")---while most Hilton hotels include breakfast in the cost of the room... I could go on... I will say that the people working there are all very nice, but there is clearly a management issue when so many oversights occur. I will not stay here again...
