Last time we’ll stay here. No coffee pot in the room. Front desk begrudgingly got one out of storage. An inexpensive choice in a bad decision.

I barely ever write reviews however the room I paid for had a funny smell when I checked in that I couldn’t quite figure out that night but it def smelled like old wet carpet or just some old weird smell, it wasn’t till the next day I figured it out because it was really bothering me… come to find out it was mold on the bed frame at the top of the bed by where I laid my head to sleep that night I checked in. This is unacceptable because if the house keeper actually cleaned and changed sheets this would have been found and reported. I did ask to speak to a manager on 10/30/25 in the evening after finding the mold and none are on duty. Was told they’d be here this morning 10/31/25 and now I am told they won’t be in till Monday which is unacceptable as I need this handled. I was put in another room for my last night after I showed the front desk staff which is why I gave at least 1 star for the quick understanding/ service by the front desk host however I still need to be contacted by a manager for this. I literally slept with mold inhaling this and this is not at all what I paid for. This is ridiculous. I will attempt to still contact the manager of this hotel again on Monday. This really should have never happened.

A manager named Mike made contact however this manager brushed off my findings saying it’s dust and he went and personally wiped that off. Stated the housekeeper cleaned and made the bed before I checked in and stated it’s dust and he wiped it off and dust doesn’t grow on metal. And the smell is just the AC. I explained to him no that’s not dust because of course when I found it I tried to wipe it off and it didn’t just wipe away it’s really stuck in there I also agreed yes if the house keeper cleaned and made the bed she should have found that there because it’s also in the carpet. The manager stated well as soon as you found it you were put in another room. yes, however I slept in that room one whole night that I paid full price for. I paid to stay in a clean room. Regardless of what it was it should not have been there for me to find and like I said the room smelled already upon me entering in the room right after check in. This general managers brushed off response is still unacceptable. He really stated he can only give me some extra rewards points but that’s it basically. UNACCEPTABLE!!!! This is nasty!!!!! I’d like for him to pay full price for a hotel room and lay his head near something like that and sleep inhaling that all night to find it the next day and be ok with it. I promise you he would not be ok with it.
