- ABalan barnettMar 31, 20263.0Room was nice. Small tv. Uncomfortable bed. Had the ac set to 58 degrees and still woke up hot. Was on bottom floor and someone beat on my window at 3 am ish. Got up at 5:30 , and fire alarm started going off. Finally shut off. The people , guest services are great. The entire staff was friendly and I saw new air conditioning in boxes in the breeze way. My room was very stuffy. Hopefully they get that fixed.

- JJJessicaDec 24, 20255.0Idk why this hotel isn’t rated better. The suite option was very helpful for helping us sleep our little children. The two front desk ladies that were on staff when we stayed were very helpful and kind. One helped us a lot with parking our truck with a trailer on it. She noticed and just took it upon herself to suggest where we could park when she saw we parked far away with our babies. Very sweet. And another helped us get into our room when we got locked out. It was clean, kitchen had what we needed and bathroom had everything we needed. We slept very comfortably.
