The room smelled, the toilet was broken, ac barely worked, room felt muggy, carpet was sticky, room phone wasn’t even plugged into the wall didn’t even have a cord attached to it therefore didn’t work, elevator was awful, everything was just overall disgusting. Would have stayed anywhere else but literally every room in Sweetwater was booked up.

The bathroom had broken tile hurts your feet, rusted mirrors, toilet that wouldn’t flush unless you held it down for a very long time, the shower shot water all the way up to the ceiling, the shampoo was a large bottle that wasn’t locked in any way to prevent tampering. It was just sitting on the side of the tub. It had old raggedy towels, and wasn’t even cleaned. The coffee maker had mold and slime in it. No clock. No phone. No lamp in the sitting area and burned out bulbs at the bed. Poor A/C. Dirty floors. The staff was rude and dressed inappropriately. This was the worst holiday inn I’ve ever seen and I travel weekly.

Moronic hanging of the shower curtain. Old, cracked caulk around tub fixtures. All stairwells filthy. Burnt edges on all omelettes. Too-cheap-tasting orange juice. The Verdict: Why would Holiday Inn Express allow this location to represent their brand?

She was friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a positive attitude. Her attention to detail and genuine care made my experience even better. Because of Destiny’s excellent service, I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.
