    We arrived late at night, the comforter had blood stains. I took a photo to the front desk and THEY argued with me that it was fresh. Then they claimed i didn't tell them we had 2 service dogs, which i did, and they asked me several interrogating questions drilling me about the dogs, which is illegal. I felt i was at an interrogation instead of checking out. We arrived at breakfast an hour before it ended and and they were out of most items.... i do not recommend this hotel.

    Mattress was comfortable; pillows were the typical fluff that provides no neck support. Highway noise and train whistles were more noticeable than I would like. Breakfast buffet was adequate but nothing special - no salsa for the eggs!

    My 1st floor room was noisy all night due to a rattling AC & heater unit, but also due to noise in the hallway. I took my bath towel and put it in front of the door's bottom to 'try' to block it with little success. A barking dog allowed into hotel lobby was not made to be quiet.

    Service was decent. The rooms were clean enough. There were only a few minor inconveniences that made the stay a 4 and not a 5. I had lukewarm eggs, the sink handle in the bathroom was hard to maneuver, the room temperature didn't adjust until the next morning.

    This hotel was amazing. All the employees were kind friendly and knowledgeable. Good morning breakfast was just great, loves every bit of it. Oh and the rooms were very clean organized. And the beds for just amazing to sleep on. From the front desk clerks to the cooks to the room attendance that every one of them had great smiles on their faces. They all deserve a raise. It was raining and cold and I was on my way to my sisters that I just found out she had staged three lung cancer. They did make my trip a little easier. Thank you Best Western
