- CHChelsea HiltonOct 23, 20221.0DO NOT STAY HERE! INFESTED WITH COCKROACHES! BEWARE! This hotel gives Holiday Inns across the country a bad reputation. It was absolutely creepy and poorly maintained. Our room was infested with cockroaches. I saw 5 within the first couple of hours of being there. I even saw them during daytime. That’s when you know there’s a huge cockroach problem is if you see many even during the day! I went to the bathroom at 4am, and turned on the lights to find cockroaches all over the wall immediately run away as soon as the lights were in. First outlet in the room when you walk in was busted and hanging out from the wall… imagine if you had a toddler that went up to it and grabbed it! The couch in the room was so disgusting I was afraid to sit on or touch it. It absolutely needed to be thrown out. Unfortunately, we were staying during the Formula 1 race weekend, so the entire city was sold out and we didn’t have anywhere else to go, otherwise I would’ve immediately ran away from this place. The health department needs to do an inspection in this room because I cannot imagine this hotel would be in business if they saw our room.
