Jessica is the worst I don't see how she's even manager. She's shady, wishy washy, never the same person each day. Very rude and disrespectful! Lady if you don't like your job then don't come to work or find another! Yesterday everything was great..! Just because your having a bad day doesn't mean you got to be rude.. ppl like us pay your bills not the other way around, remember this..! unless it's too late and you don't have the job.. there is always someone there who you work that can replace you. I can think of a couple young lady's who work under you who's definitely qualified. Jessica will charge your according to how she's feeling for the day... If she wakes up on wrong side of bed she charges high! If she's ok that day the price will reflect. All the other staff are good ppl.. Jessica thinks with her job comes with Authority!

This is a very dated property with heavily polished website photos that do not accurately reflect the actual condition or quality of the rooms. Upon arrival, several maintenance and cleanliness issues were immediately apparent. The light fixture above the bathroom mirror contained a significant number of dead insects (not one or two, but many). The window curtains were either severely stained or possibly burned, and the closet doors were rusted, off their tracks, and nearly impossible to open on one side. While the room appeared clean at first glance, that impression deteriorated the longer I stayed. The bed linens did look and feel clean, which I appreciated. However, the sofa bed was visibly sunken and uninviting, and I avoided placing any personal items on it. Housekeeping appears to handle surface-level cleaning adequately, but deeper cleaning and basic room maintenance are clearly lacking and long overdue. One particularly frustrating issue was the smoke detector positioned directly above the bed. The flashing light was disruptive enough to wake me during the night and negatively impacted my sleep — something completely unacceptable for a hotel stay. Service was inconsistent. It was surprisingly difficult to locate an employee for assistance on my first night, and when I did, the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, needing help shouldn’t feel like a scavenger hunt, so this balances out to mediocre at best. Breakfast was another disappointment. “Anemic” is the most accurate description of both the quality and variety offered. There is minimal effort toward hot food options, and unless free coffee and a mediocre Texas-shaped waffle are your expectations, you are far better off eating elsewhere. The breakfast area itself mirrors the rest of the property: worn, dated, and visibly past its prime. Stained and ripped seating does not inspire confidence or comfort while eating. As a matter of personal preference, the mattress was extremely firm. Some guests may appreciate this, but it was not comfortable for me. This is especially unfortunate because the location is genuinely excellent — close to the highway, downtown, and numerous dining and shopping options. However, location alone does not make up for poor maintenance, misleading photos, and an overall lack of investment in the guest experience. I will be in the area regularly for work and would not choose to stay here again.
