I really wanted to have a good stay, and I will say the front desk associate at check-in was lovely and welcoming. Unfortunately, the room itself was a complete nightmare. Upon entering the room, I noticed the safety latch on the door was coming off the wall, which immediately raised concerns about security. It was clear this wasn’t a new issue, as the bathroom door had obviously been used by others to wedge the entry door closed. After unpacking and getting ready for bed, things went downhill fast. The mattress was extremely hard — literally like sleeping on the floor — making it nearly impossible to get comfortable. To make matters worse, the wall thermostat was so bright it lit up the entire room like a nightlight. Even after covering it with a towel, the light still shined through and disrupted my sleep. The final straw came the next morning when I went into the bathroom and found two roaches crawling on the counter with my toiletries. At that point, I packed my bags and left. I’ve already paid for two nights. I don’t even care at this point. Between the maintenance issues, poor sleep conditions, and cleanliness concerns, I cannot recommend staying here. Management seriously needs to address these problems.

I recently stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn for a week. Overall, the stay itself was comfortable, but I unfortunately had a consistently unpleasant experience with one of the employees, Cindy. Each morning, her demeanor was unwelcoming and dismissive. She rarely smiled, came across as though assisting guests was a burden, and her tone often felt rude. Hospitality is largely about how guests are made to feel, and starting each day with that kind of interaction was disappointing. I understand everyone can have off days, but this behavior was consistent throughout my stay. Additionally, there were multiple nights when neighboring rooms were very noisy well past 10 PM. I had to call the front desk several times to address the disturbance. While I appreciate that action was eventually taken, having to repeatedly call disrupted my rest and should not have been necessary. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, both in terms of guest service standards and ensuring a quiet, comfortable environment for guests. These factors truly impact the overall experience. Thank you.

We were not the happiest with our stay. It did what we needed - a cheap option for a 3 day weekend. Upon check in, staff seemed rude (Cheyenne and some other girl).. No communication and could not even tell us our room number. We were told to look on the room key and it was to the right (it was actually to the left / not sure how hard it was to communicate which room # we were in). We were NOT told that breakfast was NOT complimentary and we had to pay until day 2 and after we already ate. 2 workers swarmed us and caused a scene when we questioned, causing the dining room to stare at us. It was embarrassing. What happened to complimentary breakfast from hotels? They acted like we were the insane ones. Breakfast used to be free for all guests at any hotel we used to stay at. The second worker had to go get the sign that’s on display. It was a basic piece of computer paper sized, small print, explaining. Apparently it’s at the check in desk, but it was again, small print, long paragraphs (like anyone has time to read that if someone notices it) and also hidden behind the front desk decorations. The front desk people should have explained that upon check in AND the worker of the dining room should have explained prior to us sitting down to eat. I was unhappy to pay $12 a person for a small cup of coffee and a bowl of fruit. Absolutely insane and expensive. Only good thing about our stay was the room was clean, AC was cold, and the shower was hot. I don’t recommend staying here between the unfriendly staff members and insane breakfast costs. We asked to speak to manager and was promised a resolution. Manager never got back with us.

I would love to give more than 3🌟 but for the first time in my stay at Hilton hotel i have a bad experience at check-in ..Cheyenne was unprofessional and unable to be clear and nice to me when talking on the phone the day of my check in ..she was rude and needs more training for the position she has..I tried to call Kimberly the manager but another person at the front desk said that the manager is busy and will call me back, and I didn't hear from her..I will never stay in this hilton hotel location again..Plenty of hilton hotel location in the area with more professional team ..thanks to A queen , Jennifer , and the room service person ..

I booked the room so we could have a spot to get ready and eat before our wedding ceremony. We arrived about midnight and checked in and tried to confirm our breakfast was paid but not a clear answer was given. The room was very nice and clean. We were surprised to have a second bathroom. Which we loved and worked great for groom and bride. We reserved a king suite to have enough space for getting into wedding attire. The lighting was dark. The giant tub was nice. The TV had absolutely nothing to watch everything had to be paid for with no streaming quality. The fridge/ microwave was great for our use. The bed was comfortable and clean. We got extra towels which was great. The confusion came at breakfast we went to the are which it’s not “free” we paid when booking. We grabbed what they did have. The options were tons of fruit, juice and bread/pastry. A few cereal choices. Eggs potatoes and sausage links was the only main course. We were provided with a menu upon sitting and were confused on inclusion or extra. We ordered waffles and got a single waffle for $11.00. We were also handed a plate of bacon (not sure why) we were also charged a “kids continental $6.95” ( assumed it was for plate of bacon). We paid and left. Next day charged was updated to $25.00. Overall it was a good room but the charges and breakfast don’t make sense. They did allow us to use the fitness bathroom to change our wedding attire before our driving home. Which was helpful. The hotel was pretty, clean and accommodating for all other aspects the late check out options weren’t accommodating for our situation.
