Good location and quality of the rooms, but mostly amazing service from Rohit. He made us feel at home and gave us useful recommendations. His kindness was truly the highlight of our stay to be honest. ☺️ The breakfast was very basic.

It is imperative that the management address the inappropriate behavior exhibited by Employee Cindy. While our children were simply enjoying the hotel lobby, they were subjected to scolding and disrespect from her. This creates an uninviting atmosphere for families. As the manager, Cindy’s primary responsibility is to ensure the well-being of guests, not to assume the role of a landlord.

My experience at the Hilton Garden Inn Houston/Sugar Land was frustrating and frankly unacceptable. I checked in with a trained service dog. I answered the two ADA-approved questions clearly and even provided supporting documentation. None of that mattered. The staff insisted on charging a pet fee anyway, which is not allowed under ADA law. When I pushed back, they doubled down and warned me that they could charge me even more if my service dog “disturbed” guests or caused “damage.” The whole exchange came off dismissive, untrained, and borderline threatening. It was humiliating to be treated as if I was trying to get away with something when I was fully compliant and transparent. A hotel brand as large as Hilton should know the law and train its staff accordingly. This property clearly doesn’t. I stay in hotels often with my service animal and have never been treated this way elsewhere. If management doesn’t address this, other guests relying on service animals are going to run into the same problem.

I stayed at this hotel some time ago, and when I returned to stay here again today, I left my luggage and went downstairs to buy something. When I came back, a white female staff member at the front desk suddenly stopped me and asked for my ID, phone number, and room number, preventing me from entering my room. This made me very angry! It was a very unpleasant experience! I hope everyone will carefully consider this before booking this hotel again! I hope the manager will send this strange white female staff member home!
