Overall it was a comfortable stay but it did not come without disappointments. Let me start with the good experiences:
1. Check/Front Desk: The wonderful black gentlewoman (I did not catch her name) was absolutely amazing, friendly and helpful. She helped with a late check out and also changing rooms, she also made great recommendations on the coffee/food options. THIS IS THE ONLY REASON I GAVE THREE STARS!
The bad experiences:
1. The server supervisor at the breakfast tables (Latino lady) was extremely rude and racist with several customers, me, my dad and also another mother and children who were of Asian descent.
I specifically do want to call her out as her rude and arrogant behavior is not acceptable and reflects badly for a property like Hilton. I am frequent patron and none of the other properties gave such a bad service. She also was also not prompt in collecting the coupons.
2. Rooms: I had to change two rooms as the first room was cockroach infested (430) and the second room (402) had water leakage from the air conditioning on the carpet and the room had a very mouldy smell which triggered my allergies. The 3rd room was fine. I know this is not the first time as I saw the staff using fans to dry out the carpets and kept the room open. They also used pesticide in the rooms.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 days as a family for a wedding and brought business to them. It is totally unacceptable for this level of poor service.
I don’t know even if this will be addressed. I have not seen any responses from the property owner to negative comments in Google.

The bed and the room was wonderful and comfy but when we went down to the pool and it was iced cold, not by a little bit but by a lot. The hot tub was warm but not hot. Also when my dad booked our reservation he also bought the breakfast but the staff said "no it didn't" so he was charged double. Hotel breakfast shouldn't even cost money!!!
