  If you looking for price, that's about it. Place has two elevators, but only one worked. There were NO ice machines working. We had to walk to the restaurant next door to buy a cup of ice. A ball tournament in town and all those that attended kept coming to the front desk asking about ice when they got back to the hotel. We sat in the lobby with friends one night and water started pouring down on the breakfast area. One person on duty and many people trying to check in, a guy came up and was yelling at her because she didn't answer the front desk, and then she was trying to clean up the water mess in the breakfast area. We heard her on the phone with someone and evidentially they told her to deal with it. She was then in the room on the 2nd floor trying to clean the mess in that room, leaving the front desk probably unattended. I'm surprised she just didn't walk out. Breakfast was the barest minimum I have ever seen at a motel breakfast. The bed was good and we slept well, but this motel is past its prime with evidentially the idea to suck as much money as they can without doing any improvements.

  staff was great, location great. rooms were clean and quiet except the doors slam hard up and down the hall. coffee machine was great- very fast and offered a lot of choices On the could improve side, the eggs were so finely parsed i needed a spoon or straw to eat, yet tongs were provided to serve. hmm. then 2 baskets of salt, but no pepper. strange. Computer didnt work, as it seems the battery in the keyboard was dead so printing was not an option.

  Stayed there about 3 weeks ago. Stayed on 1st floor as the elevators (after 3+ months) still don’t work. The slamming of the outside doors shook the room all night. Windows outside had tons of smeared bird poop. Breakfast? Choice of cereal. You could see where the warm items should be, but we’re empty. I believe after 9:00 am some of the warm items were in place. Staff was very nice. Room was clean. Do not recommend.

  Horrible!!!! Elevators are out and have been out since August. Rooms look and smell dirty. There was a bug in the bathtub. I would not recommend this place at all. Horrible... horrible....horrible!!!!

  This hotel, a 4-story property, has not had functioning elevators for months! We are elderly and made the reservation explicitly stating 'first floor only'! We followed up the day before with BWH customer service. My wife was in contact with the hotel and BWH customer service about this. When we arrived, no first-floor rooms were available, forcing us to hobble to the second floor with the assistance of a hotel staff member. We saw and talked to others who were having significant issues. Our room was clean, but the refrigerator did not work, and it had to be replaced so that we could store some of our medications. The oce machine was empty on the 2nd floor. We were scheduled to stay for 2 nights, but we checked out early. Spoke to the GM about a discount relative to the first night and found her to be rigid on the $300+ rate. Disappointed and surprised with this BW+ Rating and lack of concern. . Followed
