  Nice quiet stay and my niece loved the pool and breakfast. All of Front desk and staff were super nice and welcoming as well! Only thing was it smelled like smoke in the room really bad but I’m guessing when I told them, they had someone go in to make it smell nice which was thoughtful. The pool was temperature controlled and we had it to ourselves for an hr so my niece loved that. Thank you.

  We always enjoy staying at this hotel whenever we’re in town. It’s consistently clean, comfortable, and very reasonably priced, which is exactly what we look for as a family. We’re not very picky, but we do appreciate a place that’s well-kept and welcoming, and this hotel delivers every time (includes breakfast and parking). The staff is always friendly and helpful, making our stays even more pleasant. It’s become our go-to spot, and we look forward to coming back again.

  Interesting story. The hotel accidentally placed my wife in a double queen during my daughter's dance competition. The, GM, Mark Martinez, called my wife while she was at the competition and said she needed to move to a new room immediately amid their mistake. Since she was busy at the competition, and couldn't head right over there, he threatened to remove her belongings from her room. Following an exchange of words, she came up there later that day and moved. He apologized via email, attributing his rudeness to being under the weather, however my wife still felt compelled to file a formal complaint. Following the complaint, he banned her from the hotel. We've stayed in plenty of hotels, but never has anything like this ever happened. All good, our entire dance team is boycotting this hotel and have subsequently canceled their stays. Like I said, interesting story. Tell Mark we said Hi!

  Great hotel with always well kept rooms, common areas and friendly staff. Set back from the freeway to less noise, but close to everything in the Sugarland/Stafford area.

  We stayed in other Hotel before, entrance of the hotel was very attractive but customer service was not that great so we move to Holiday inn Express Stafford & at 1st my 2.5 year old daughter said she didn't want to stay there cuz the entrance was not that great compared to the other one but man the service, room, staff everything was so great. Sandra was at the counter & she is an asset for the company. we will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place.
