- FAFred AliFeb 28, 20265.0We stayed in other Hotel before, entrance of the hotel was very attractive but customer service was not that great so we move to Holiday inn Express Stafford & at 1st my 2.5 year old daughter said she didn't want to stay there cuz the entrance was not that great compared to the other one but man the service, room, staff everything was so great. Sandra was at the counter & she is an asset for the company. we will definitely come back. Highly recommend this place.

The area was extremely clean. All day coffee machine was super-plus. 3. Rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. 4. Staffs are very kind and nice. We will definitely stay again later.

They kept billing my guests in town for a conference even though I showed up on site three separate times to get the rooms correct. So frustrated not being able to get a resolution manager is off duty until Monday. This started on Wednesday. Alex at the front desk is clueless on how to do anything. Called 800 but they said it has to be handled at the local hotel level.
