- NNNomad4 days ago1.0The main reason we selected this hotel was the heated pool. our teen was looking forward to swimming in the evening, which are cooler in April. . We stayed a week and the pool was never heated as listed on the website. We finally asked and were informed that if the forecast was 80 and above they would not turn it on. During our stay the temps were in the 70’s but the last day was 82 from 2-5 pm so for evening swimming they didn’t have the heater on. We had one disappointed teen… every even looking forward to swimming and the pool was cold. I guess this should be on the website and we then could have selected a different hotel.
