She said okay, this room (213) is not too close to the elevator, I said okay. When I tell you that the elevator was about 2 seconds from the room, literally. My husband and I are club members and we travel all over and stay in IHG hotels, mainly Holiday Inn Express. I feel like my request was disregarded. If she would have honored my request, I would have given 5 stars.
