- JPJANIS PETTUSSep 10, 20255.0I have resided at HHRV for 5 years. About 4 years ago they changed management. I am very happy here. It is well maintained and this park is quiet. There is a garden area for residents, walking trails and a dog park. There is a laundry facility and it is kept clean and well maintained.The owners are constantly making improvements and are very accommodating. What I like best here is the nature. There are lots of trees and natural landscaping with a huge field to walk in. There are deer that come to the field every evening because the owners have a deer feeder in the field that goes off twice a day. We have fox, squirrels, a few raccoons, and lots of bird species here. I prefer to live here where things are left natural rather paved roads, void of wildlife and remind me of the city. It is close to several convenience stores and the city of Spring Branch is about 10-12 minutes from here. If you want to live in an RV park that is well maintained, with really nice owners, and away from the city environment, that has wildlife all around, then this is the place for you.

The owners are kind and considerate and will go out of their way to be helpful. And did I mention they are kind? Very very kind. It's an adult-only Park that is safe, clean and very well maintained. I would recommend it very highly.
