We came here from TN for a business event that was going on here for the company my father works for. The service here and housekeeping are great! Richard and Zach were excellent! Richard helped us with an issue we had with our keys. Overall, wonderful experience here and I love the fruit water they have at the front; it's super delicious!

Austin at the front desk is consistently amazing and provides incredible customer service — he truly makes us feel welcomed and taken care of every time we visit. Delance was also extremely kind and helpful while assisting us in the restaurant. The rooms are always clean, and the staff responds quickly and professionally to any requests or questions. The entire team creates a warm, comfortable, and well-run experience, which is why we love coming back. Highly recommend the Hilton Southlake.

All were warm and welcoming. We were flying in and attending the wedding the same day and needed to get ready somewhere. I called the hotel and the staff gave me my room early. I have never experienced that before. I am usually told it isn’t possible. It was so helpful! Otherwise we may have needed to get ready in a gas station. The hotel is also conveniently located near a huge outdoor shopping/dining center. Literally a step outside and everything is right in front of you. We enjoyed breakfast at a lovely cafe just a 5 min walk away. I was actually only there for a short time and I was so sad I didn’t have more time to shop! Will definitely be staying here again.

The girl in the room next to mine — tall with her hair in a bun — was using offensive language and shouting while talking on the phone. It was very uncomfortable to hear so much noise and inappropriate language. I have babies and was trying to rest at that time; her shouting and laughter even woke them up. I would appreciate it if measures could be taken to prevent this type of situation from happening again, as it affects the comfort of other guests.
