The pool is nice during the day, but once 3pm hits the pool starts to become all shaded and they claim they have two hot tubs but not really when only one works. We have come different times over the past 3 - 4 yrs and every time we come a hot tub isn’t working. They always say they are waiting on a part and it’s back ordered. We have even called ahead before booking and asked if both were working and they will say yes and we get there and only one is and all they offer is excuses, I’m sorry and at best 10% off one night. The one hot tub that works is usually cloudy and way over crowded . Never have enough pool towels either. I’m not sure if they have new management, because the last 3 - 4 yrs have been disappointing. I always go off reviews myself so hope this gives insight.

The hotel’s section of beach was not crowded compared to the beach to the south of us. We came in mid February and it was a nice mix of families and winter Texans. Would stay here again.

- AKAhmer KhurramJan 15, 20265.0It was a wonderful stay there. We visited last year during thanksgiving. Very friendly front desk associate. Rooms were clean, need to work on bathrooms. Our room was on back side so there was not ocean view. Swimming pool was clean and huge one. They had hot jacuzzi as well. Kitchen staff was very friendly, they made our 17 omelette in clean pan, they washed it before use on our request. Location was awesome and it was on beach front. Breakfast was very delightful and they cleaned tables right away. We had 17 people and used tables outside cafe. I will recommend this hotel.
- DCDallasAlex CJan 12, 20262.01) Hot tubs weren't working well, 2) Our first room was wheelchair accessible on the first floor but it flooded, 3) the quality of food at the restaurant/bar outside is very poor, 4) the A/C in our second room wasn't working well, so they sent a repairman to fix it, and 5) hotel management needs to train the repairmen onsite to knock several times before opening the door. The repairman sent to our room just unlocked it himself without giving us a heads-up or knocking on the door.
