Hotel is in need of TLC, it is dated and worn, in need of a deep cleaning, new paint, carpet and fixtures at least in some areas like our room. Room has basics but our room 103 had a strong musty smell, was worn out looking had broken bedside reading lights, worn out worn out vinyl chairs. There was 1 so called sofa chair extremly uncomfortable. The mattress was ok but I'd say bring your own pillows. This is NOT a room where you can relax and get comfortable as there is absolutely NO COMFORTABLE SEATING in this room. The TV has a big black shadow in the center of the screen which interferes with watching it. I was told new tvs arrived and asked if our room was getting a replacement but was told they didn't know. Moving the one padded chair revealed the room wasn't properly cleaned totally as a toy ball and plenty of dust was found under it. The hotel is not beachside as the name implies but the beach is within walking distance maybe 5 to 10 minutes. The breakfast foods were ok, served in a help yourself dining area which is well furnished. As a member I was disappointed and we won't stay here again.
