  The hotel is being renovated. Stay away until it’s complete! Their is no gym available during renovations, the pool was ice cold, and snack bar wasn’t available either due to renovations. I thought to myself…..at least the room was very nice and clean……UNTIL there literally was a baby cockroach in the bed……… And when we went for breakfast a fly was trapped inside the clear pastry box on the food…… how do you not see that when your putting food out? At that point it didn’t surprise me anymore…… we were ready to go. The only plus was that the staff were friendly……I do not recommend this hotel, and the corporate brand should not allow this.

  This place is hot garbage. The room is clean but the bathroom door is a weird sliding door that doesn't completely close/seal, or lock. Perfect for if you have kids and hate privacy. No bags in the trash cans. They're doing renovations so they put their pathetic breakfast bar in the GYM, because everyone wants to eat where people go to sweat right? No waffle maker, stale biscuits, some cereal and an empty milk dispenser, no juice. A couple of stale bagles, fake processed eggs and sausage that were probably microwaved an hour ago. Also, the tv in my room didn't work, because why not? Front desk told me they conveniently had just sold the last room and there was nothing they could do. Go anywhere but here.

  Tried to double charge me as a no-show fee, Hilton Corporate helped me get it removed. Make sure you monitor your card for extra charges.

  POR medio del presente le mando un cordial saludo a todo el personal tanto al propietario como a la señora Antonia y al grupo de empleados de ese elegante lugar tan bonito y actual mente está en remodelacion 5 semanas an pasado que se comenzó la obra y el estar trabajando me asia sentir un enorme gusto y alegría porque me dije aquí si voy a recibir cheque porque abia trabajando en otro lugar 3 semanas y asta ahorita no me an pagado y en estos momentos siento tristeza coraje yo que con gusto hise mi trabajo encantado de ese bonito y lujoso lugar y tiene bastante trabajo que eso es lo que quiero pero también necesito dinero

  Easy access location. Seemed like a relatively new property. Property under renovation, so contractor vehicles everywhere and parking outside the guide lines taking two spaces here and there. Front desk service friendly. Staff (Matthew) not at work station upon arrival. Note on desk said he was helping another guest. Due to the renovation, breakfast was served in the fitness center. I should not complain too much because of the situation, but there was no orange juice available. Just milk, water, and of course, coffee. Pretty clean room. Carpet could have used a vacuuming, or maybe spot removal in a couple areas. Some stains in the shower present a less than desirable image. Two rolling hassocks, very nice. Reasonably comfortable desk chair and relaxing sofa chair. No trash bags in trash cans. Poor hygienic practice. Combination hard floors and carpet. Good mix. Mattress firm but not too firm. Large lavatory with extra shelf, and shower doors versus curtain. Shower head flow rate acceptable, but flow pattern adjustments extremely difficult to adjust. Impossible for my wife. Decent quality towels in size and absorbency. Seemed like a new style elevator versus the typical Hampton's slow, cumbersome elevators. These did have some loud chirping and beeping sounds though. Bathroom lighting nice and bright. Room lighting was decent. Sufficient outlets for charging devices. Didn’t use the TV much, but the Discovery channel was breaking up quite a bit like a very poor signal. New, small, triangular style luggage carts. I’m not a fan. Took me three trip versus one to get our stuff inside. Desk leg was cockeyed and looked like it was about to collapse. Wall lamp by bed tilted off vertical. Challenged my OCD. Toilet paper roll was also a bit cockeyed. The thermostat has temperature setting limitations. Not sure I’ve noticed this in other Hampton properties. 75 degrees was max. My wife felt a bit cold but I could not make it any warmer for her. Overall: B Breakfast: B Housekeeping: B Facility Maintenance: C (I attempted to upload a 29 second video, but Google says it must be no longer than 30 seconds - is 29 longer than 30 - huh)
