- DMDonna MurphyOct 29, 20251.0Absolutely disgusting place, we got a 2 bed room and got there kind of late so they left our keycard on the gumball machine to check-in to our room. Then we get in the room and find piss in one of the beds (wasn't a stain, it smelled STRONG), it was late so we didn't bother trying to go back to the office and just shared the other bed. We told someone the next day and he didnt care, we had to ask for our money back, I called several times following up on the refund - was told it went through on their end but we never got our money back. We will never trust Best Western again.
