When we checked in they had no wash clothes cleaned so we asked several times throughout the day no wash clothes until the next morning when we went downstairs to get them. Also, no soap in the shower dispenser.

The tables in the dining area at debris of food left over from the night before. The room we had originally been given had the smell of mold and the wall it appears to have black mold. It’s a shame because it is truly a nice hotel that is reasonably priced but going down hill fast.
- SHScott HardcastleOct 12, 20251.0Terrible experience at EVEN. It started when we walked in and the Hotel Staff behind the desk completely ignored us as she was looking at her computer. After approximately 90 seconds of standing right in front of her in awkward silence she doesnt greet us, she says, "you ID" and holds her hand out. We walk into our room and it has a slight smell, it doesnt give the clean welcoming feeling but we were advised they were fully booked. Once unpacked I began looking around and notice mold around the light sockets and fire detector. We then asked for blanket as there was no extra blanket in the room. The hotel staff looked very confused as to what a blanket was and said they dont have blankets. Then during the night shift when we arrived back at the hotel, the Hotel Staff was laying on a couch covered with a blanket on her computer. No greetings by anyone. I have pictures of all the mold, however there is no option to upload pictures here.
