  Everything was great, room was clean, breakfast was fantastic. Bed was comfy! Didn't like having to take my dogs up an elevator but it was a training experience at least it was dog friendly 🤷🏻‍♀️

  Not impressed at all with this hotel. Started with an inviting lobby and a super nice girl at the counter. Booked the room early in the morning and they hadn't looked at it until I arrived, so they had already booked everything on the first two floors and I got put on the third floor even though I specially requested first because I travel with a service dog. Room: not very clean and not properly maintained. Broken furniture, broken curtains, window seals are shot and blast wind through loudly, didn't have any soap anywhere in the room, shower head sits at my nose level and I'm only 5'9". Very horrible patchwork in room and bathroom. Took 20+ minutes to find an exterior outlet that actually worked, and I could barely reach it with a 100' extension cord, tons of outlets on the exterior but only one that works. This hotel needs to hire someone who can properly maintain it, I seriously don't see how this is a best western (Plus).

  Make sure shower is working before settling in or you may find out like we did shower didn't function properly. We had to use our ice bucket to poor water over us after several minutes of letting it fill up the tub with hot water that drizzled out of faucet. We were pouring soapy water back over us to get somewhat fresh before sleep, didn't bother with a shower in the morning. Moving rooms wasn't an option we were unpacked for the evening.

  Stayed at this hotel for the last time.No more best westerns for me. This hotel is absolutely disgusting… Room was not cleaned! The list of things broken/not working too long to explain… I leave this response to save yourself money and disappointment… Too bad this place is not inspected by an independent company. Not sure how it gets its rating.

  Location is convenient. Please note, bring your own bath mat, shower soap, hand soap, and wash cloths. None of that is provided. Also, the toilet bowl had fecal material stuck to the side inside of the bowl. When the bathroom mirror steamed, you could see where someone had drawn private parts so apparently the mirror hadn’t been cleaned. Tub had hair in it. Front desk help was attentive on trying to make the situation right but it made the stay uncomfortable wondering what else wasn’t clean. I think I’ll pass, on this location, in the future.
