- CCCindleOct 27, 20253.0The room and facility was good no complaints on the room and building cleanliness and comfort I gave 3 stars for service because I called morning of check in (as was told to do the day b4 by an representative) they Website and app only mentions a later check out fee but was told there is a early check in fee of $50 to $25 check in is at 3pm im was wanting to check in at 1pm i think a fee is crazy also given its not mention on platforms But when I arrived at 130pm the front desk ppl at first wasn't helpful I had to explain when I called who I spoke with and the fee charger $25 for this early check in It took time for the check in it was not smooth in my opinion and I wouldn't stay at this location again but will inquire of any additional fees thats not on any sites going forward before booking for sparks
