  Our stay was great with the exception of a minor personal issue!! Ryan and Courtney were fabulous and understanding! I appreciate them immensely!!

  Road construction on I-35 is a bit rough, but if you can get in the back way it’s much easier. Staff was great. Rooms appeared recently updated.

  The room is clean. Breakfast is simple bagels, cereal, muffins, drinks. Service is good. It's great for a quick inexpensive stay

  The room and facility was good no complaints on the room and building cleanliness and comfort I gave 3 stars for service because I called morning of check in (as was told to do the day b4 by an representative) they Website and app only mentions a later check out fee but was told there is a early check in fee of $50 to $25 check in is at 3pm im was wanting to check in at 1pm i think a fee is crazy also given its not mention on platforms But when I arrived at 130pm the front desk ppl at first wasn't helpful I had to explain when I called who I spoke with and the fee charger $25 for this early check in It took time for the check in it was not smooth in my opinion and I wouldn't stay at this location again but will inquire of any additional fees thats not on any sites going forward before booking for sparks
