- AAAvelynnAug 25, 20251.0Me and my family went to stay as our house we had arrived at needed some work without us knowing and the electricity and water was not on. We had called and made the reservation asking for a suite with five people one dog ( esa dog ) now in almost every state emotional support dogs are service dogs but the front desk lady named Lisa said they weren’t also claiming we did not mention a dog. She looked almost frightened by his size even though he is a gentle giant. As she is giving us trouble and noticing my father getting upset she looked guilty ( as if she knew the dog was allowed) she ends up letting him stay. The next night we had gone out and shir called us two hours in saying that he is wining and howling ( he has never howled wined yes but not loud wining ) she also claimed that there were multiple complaints which personally I do not believe but I think one of the complaints was herself and that maybe the room next to us had complained. Anyway as we are driving back she called again keep in mind if the wining was bad she could habe called earlier because we had been out two hours already, but when she called she claimed that you should have him by your side at all times which is not true. My mother had been very nice but as they were on the phone she hung up. So eventually we arrived and chose to go to the back door not wanting to speak to Lisa. We go through the back and all the way down the hallway is not a single peep in-fact when I had opened the door he was laying down and jumped up to see us but wasn’t making a single noise Lisa is an outright liar and what she said wasn’t correct. The next morning as we went to breakfast the morning shift man had pulled my father aside and said they got more complaints and if they had one more would charge us a fee now we had gotten back that night 12 AM and fell asleep with him laying next to us I was up at 5:00 am and he was still with me in the bed so he lied and my dog was not making a sound. Lisa and that young man are lying and as I read other reviews also saying they believe they are running a scam. I won’t even bring up much about the rooms but we found bugs and the shower dropped lots all night couch pull out bef was uncomfortable and things were just dirty also didn’t clean the rooms the three days we were there left a day early I don’t recommend if you want a very clean room or good customer service don’t stay here.
