Fool that I am I left some clothes in my room... The staff, especially Mrs. Damaris, were incredibly helpful in navigating the process of recovering my things.

I told her there was no way I could get my stuff up stairs (no elevator) and she just stared at me. Luckily a gentleman helped me with my bags. Upon getting into room. A/C unit wouldn't come on, and I tried everything including making sure it was plugged in. Desk clerk came up and messed with it and it did come on. Fast forward 3-4 hours, there was crackling/popping coming from the unit/or plug. I immediately called front desk, for a new desk clerk to say I don't think there is an issue. I told him I hoped it doesn't catch fire while I'm here and slammed the phone down. Horrible customer service at this location. Room was ok except hoping to not catch fire during the night.

The first room had and odor as well as the second after a long drive we had to go but air fresheners and candles to make the room smell better.. its damage to the outside roof near front lobby possibly being rain inside.. this was one of the most horrible experience. We tried to have breakfast the ladies was rude and began cleaning up and breaking down before time! DO NOT BOOK HERE!
