    I stayed at this location the night of Nov 11, 2025. Everything (price, cleanliness, ease of check in, etc.) was excellent. Fool that I am I left some clothes in my room... The staff, especially Mrs. Damaris, were incredibly helpful in navigating the process of recovering my things.

    Requested 1st floor due to disabilities through the CLC app and was told by rude front desk staff they didn't get that and they have no first floor rooms. I told her there was no way I could get my stuff up stairs (no elevator) and she just stared at me. Luckily a gentleman helped me with my bags. Upon getting into room. A/C unit wouldn't come on, and I tried everything including making sure it was plugged in. Desk clerk came up and messed with it and it did come on. Fast forward 3-4 hours, there was crackling/popping coming from the unit/or plug. I immediately called front desk, for a new desk clerk to say I don't think there is an issue. I told him I hoped it doesn't catch fire while I'm here and slammed the phone down. Horrible customer service at this location. Room was ok except hoping to not catch fire during the night.
