  I stayed 3 days this week and I’ll be back! “Had a great stay! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. Staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was perfect for everything we needed, nice area . Breakfast was good

  Rooms are clean, new and bed was firm and comfortable with no sag. Asked for new towels but didn't recieve any the first time we asked in the morning. The next day we asked for a room refresh and got new towels and bed was remade, trash emptied and areas cleaned. Pool was a bit cold and dirty but it was 78F and warm for march so it was expected. Hotel has a grinding coffee machine as you wait to make coffee. set down and got breakfast, came back and young cleaning kid tossed my coffee. Made new cup but by then, my breakfast was cold. Sigh...

  Okay price, we liked the convenience of its location. There were carpet stains in our room, fridge was wobbly and leaked water everywhere, and the sheets had stains (presumably food) and we do not think they were washed. Breakfast is decent however frequently ran out of cups or needing coffee machine repairs. They also found roaches near the kitchen. The woman yelled at us when we asked if we could have more cups (there was a line of folks also waiting on the coffee during breakfast service time) and she returned with a cup too small and it caused spills everywhere from overfilling. Tenants upstairs had kids and were very loud until 1 in the morning. We had to call front desk twice to intervene before they actually did something about it. Honestly, pretty awful and would steer clear.

  Do not supply bath towels so have your own. First time hearing that even at a hourly motel. IHG is getting worsier and worsier. Fridge didnt work plus sink leaking water badly. Had to take the few big towels we had to get water up. Glad we showered before using sink. Waisted my membership points again. Its ok cause that was our intentions. Going back to Best Western...No bath Towels.. When did they start that.. Dollar Store Towel better than no towel..

  My husband a Diamond Level member with Holiday Inn, and his company has stayed with Holiday Inn properties for over 25 years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. He was booked to stay at this location for four weeks, but he ended up checking out early because of several issues. First, he did not have a comforter in his room for two nights. He left a note at the front desk and was told one would be brought to my room, but it never happened. When he went back down to ask again, the staff member said she couldn’t find one. He suggested taking one from an unoccupied room, but she replied that then that room would be short. Meanwhile, he was the guest currently staying there without one. He was also charged for bottled water, which has never happened to us at other Holiday Inn locations as a Diamond member. The last straw was the breakfast situation. He leaves for work at 5:00 AM, and while staff were setting up breakfast, he politely asked if I could just take a banana, orange, or apple with him to go. He was told he was not allowed in yet and they would not give him a piece of fruit to go. At that point, he went back to my room, packed up, and checked out immediately. He moved across the street to the Hampton Inn for the remaining three weeks of his stay, where he had a comforter, access to water, and a much more professional and accommodating staff. After 25 years of loyalty to Holiday Inn, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service he and his company expected.
