  First impression was that this place was dirty. Getting on to the elevator there were sticky dirty footprints in and out of it.. Hallway had trash leading up to our room. The room didn't feel its cleanest as there was hair that was not ours in the shower and on top of the toilet. Breakfast was ok. No cream cheese for bagels or waffles available. Omlettes and potatoes were ok and Coffee. That worked well though. When we left the next day the floors were still dirty. We were there for 1 night.

  Very disappointing experience at this hotel! The common areas were dirty, the hallways smelled so strongly of cleaning supplies yet it wasn’t clean… the hotel seemed very under-staffed, and breakfast was mediocre at best. They were out of washcloths for 3 days - how can this be? There was mud on the floor for days in the elevator area - nobody bothered to clean it up. Everything just seemed so gross and dirty. Half of the breakfast items were not stocked, had to ask for basic items which should be available- like forks…. The pancake machine was broken, overflowing trash cans… and again, so dirty. There was only one staff working the breakfast area, and they clearly needed more help. The front desk people did not ask how my stay was, probably because they didn’t want to hear it. I would never stay here again even if it was free.

  My husband a Diamond Level member with Holiday Inn, and his company has stayed with Holiday Inn properties for over 25 years, which is why this experience was so disappointing. He was booked to stay at this location for four weeks, but he ended up checking out early because of several issues. First, he did not have a comforter in his room for two nights. He left a note at the front desk and was told one would be brought to my room, but it never happened. When he went back down to ask again, the staff member said she couldn’t find one. He suggested taking one from an unoccupied room, but she replied that then that room would be short. Meanwhile, he was the guest currently staying there without one. He was also charged for bottled water, which has never happened to us at other Holiday Inn locations as a Diamond member. The last straw was the breakfast situation. He leaves for work at 5:00 AM, and while staff were setting up breakfast, he politely asked if I could just take a banana, orange, or apple with him to go. He was told he was not allowed in yet and they would not give him a piece of fruit to go. At that point, he went back to my room, packed up, and checked out immediately. He moved across the street to the Hampton Inn for the remaining three weeks of his stay, where he had a comforter, access to water, and a much more professional and accommodating staff. After 25 years of loyalty to Holiday Inn, this was a very frustrating experience and not the level of service he and his company expected.

  Very disappointed with our stay. The room did not feel clean — there was hair in the shower it had not been rinsed out at all, and I found some hair on the bed. The hotel was noisy. Unfortunately, this was not the experience we expected, and we would not stay here again
