- MWM WDec 30, 20254.0Location is right off I-10. Queen bed suite was roomy and large, however it needs a deep clean in the bathrooms etc. Beds were ok, staff amazing. Breakfast better than most A rated hotels. Would stay again for a quick night sleep.

One of more humorous things I've seen in a hotel room (I am IHG Diamond Elite) the whole drawers/entertainment furniture was pulled out 7-8" from the wall??? (but then the toilet was similar). Dated is just fine if its clean, but every wall had 'stuff' on it and the floors on the edges and corners had that long-term grunge. Also, our 2 room towels were the ones that were so old they were grayish and like sandpaper. Picked this hotel because it had a higher rating in the area so I'm perplexed. *wanted to add photos but its not letting me*

- JLJeff LatteaOct 16, 20251.0Hotel canceled reservation that was booked 5 weeks prior! I booked through a 3rd party on 9/8/25 for 1 night on 10/14/25. The lady working the front desk said they had no record of my reservation ever being confirmed. I immediately escalated it with the 3rd party booking provider, assuming they made the error. After an investigation was performed, the 3rd party booking provider came back with their findings that the hotel did, in fact, cancel my reservation without telling the 3rd party booking provider, due to the fact that they had oversold due to an Antiques Festival going on in the town at the time! My guess is the greedy owners saw they could charge some old couple and extra $50-$75 for the night, or could get several nights out of my room by pushing me aside and leaving me in a bind. DO NOT TRUST THAT YOUR BOOKING HERE WILL BE HONORED, REGARDLESS OF HOW LONG IN ADVANCE YOU BOOKED!!!
