When we talked to the front desk, the man admitted that they have several problems with doors. So, fix it? They have knowledge about problems but still rent out a problematic room? TV image gets scattered and is unwatchable. Main light in living room area goes in and out randomly every few minutes. At night, it's very noticeable. Other guest reported electrical issues to the front desk. We found a dead German roach. Room warms up and was hard to cool down. There's one elevator for all guests serving four floors. Couch felt stiff and uncomfortable. Location would probably be good if there wasn't construction closing the frontage room that forces all traffic down the road in front of the property blocking entrance/exit to the parking lot. Would not recommend until several improvements are made to the rooms.

Although there is a ton of construction in the area at this time - It's certainly not the fault of the hotel. Mykal (sp?) is a wonderful representative of the location - helpful, kind, and considerate. We had the pleasure of interacting with him when our group was in town in February, and again in October. We'll stay again this upcoming winter as it's a comfortable, kind, and well-laid out location with excellent staff!! Thank you, Staybridge!!
