  Great hotel in a great location. I would like to specially thank Ebony for the amazing work. I made the reservation with a third-party service, and they messed up my order completely. She was helpful throughout my stay, even though it wasn't the hotel's fault.

  The main reason for the 3 stars is the only elevator is out of order. We stayed on the 3rd floor. Otherwise great place.

  Be mindful of what you bring here!! I had accidentally left my engagement ring on the counter and me and my fiancé turned around to get it and we were gone for maybe an hour or two and when I walk into the room to get my ring housekeeping was cleaning the room and apparently “never” seen the ring even though they had already cleaned the counter and it was sitting there in plain sight. I was told to check with their laundry services and asked the front desk if they could call and ask. They said they would “call” me back once they hear back which they never did. I had to be the one to call them hours later and spoke with Michael and he was on a different shift and was never told about a possible missing ring in laundry so thankfully he actually called and asked and got back to me with an update and unfortunately they did not have my ring. We double checked our luggage and no ring so be mindful of important items you bring or they to might just “disappear”.

  This was a great experience. The rooms were good but the service was better. The front desk staff was great and the chef who did the socials on weeknights was fantastic. That was a highlight of the stay. Unfortunately the elevator was broken the entire 2 weeks I was there and it sounds like it had been a lot longer than that... thankfully I didn't need it this trip.

  I value the hardworking staff at front desk and housekeeping, thank you so much for your hospitality and warmth. Cons- *** The dryer from the laundry torn up 4 shirts that are not repairable. *** 2nd day the sink was leaking from the bottom *** The washers smell like mildew/mold Breakfast that is prepackaged or cold bar is ok, the coffee is watered down, and the waffles are great. Pros- ✨Front desk people are the best of Texas hospitality. 💪The gym is small but definitely has everything I use. 👩‍🍳The kitchen was greatly appreciated. The space is wide. The interstate, gas station, HEB, and buc-ees is close by. I like the location, it feels safe and the traffic sound isn't horrible. I've emailed Arlene Urbano the General manager about damages done to my personal belongings and she got back to me right away with a resolution. ❤️ Thank you!
