  We stayed here for 5 nights. The hotel is in a great location. The front desk employees were fantastic! We loved the amenities and the layout of our room. Overall we had a really good experience. Our only complaint is how dirty the floors are. Not just in our room, but the common areas and stairwell. The floors have dirt, crumbs and stains everywhere. The hardwood floors in our kitchen turned our socks black. If I were to guess, I would say the floors haven't been cleaned in months; they were absolutely disgusting!

  The receptionist’s are amazing and help either whatever it is you need. Would definitely come back and stay.

  Everyone was so nice rooms are really clean my husband broke his leg while working and we got back to the hotel they offered to help me with him and everything the older and younger lady on nights was so friendly can't wait to go back

  Went to stay here for an extended stay while I move to the area with my family. I traveled 3 days to the San Antonio area and called prior to my stay to get the "ok" for having 3 dogs, their policy is 2. They never called back and told me when I arrived that they dont allow 3 dogs. This is the ONLY hotel that I had this issue at but to waste my time and tell me when I arrive was what angered me. They instead waited for me to arrive to deny me access, forcing me to look elsewhere for a place to stay in the evening. Horrible service.
