    Front desk staff is friendly / helpful as they're equipped to be. But this hotel needs some major work. 1. Dirty carpets in hallways / in front of elevator. 2. Fridge is so caked in frost that it's not doing much to cool / keep cool. (And that's wildly energy inefficient, so it's just hurting their electric bill.) 3. Towel bar in room is barely hanging on to the wall. Seriously - it's at about a 45-degree angle to the wall at this point. 4. With the shower light on, it's pretty easy to see that all 3 liquid dispensers were less than half full. Keep them full. 5. Realized just before jumping in the shower that I had no bath towels, only washcloths and hand towels. Had to get dressed and go down to the front desk to get towels. 6. Elevator walls don't look like they've been wiped down in a long time, and the floor is in dire need of being mopped. Hotel has a lot of potential, but management and housekeeping staff either need to care a little more or staffed to levels where all this stuff can be taken care of without it requiring a customer to make these observations.

    Only ice machine on the third floor was not working! Rooms were clean, building was clean, breakfast was good! Over all a good place to stay.

    This place is beyond disgusting - it is sooooo dirty. We had 2 rooms and both were terrible! Black hairs all over the floor, holes in the towels, hair and pink and brown stains in the showers. The carpets weren’t vacuumed. Dirt all over the floors. The blankets had stains too. It was just horrid. I don’t know how this place has a rating of more than 2 stars. I barely slept because I could only think about how dirty everything was. :(

    I honestly can’t say enough good things about Bryan at the front desk. This was hands down the best customer service experience of my life. From the moment I walked in, Bryan was warm, welcoming, professional, and genuinely happy to help. He was incredibly patient, knowledgeable, and made the entire experience stress-free. It’s rare to meet someone who makes you feel so valued and taken care of as a customer, but Bryan absolutely does. If every business had a Bryan at their front desk, the world would be a much better place. He is a true asset to this company, and I hope he gets the recognition he deserves. Thank you, Bryan, for setting the gold standard for customer service!
