We were waiting a long time and I said we had drove 4 hours and I shouldn’t have to wait for a room I paid for. Whoever was working at the front said “do you expect us to have 90 rooms ready in 8 hours”. I actually do expect this for paying as much I as did to wait in the lobby upon arrival.
