- HBHoney BeeDec 27, 20253.0The lady at the front desk was super friendly and we got in pretty late. The beds were comfortable enough and we didn't get a chance to get breakfast. Around 1am, the hot water had a milky color to it so as soon as I woke up I tried to shower and there was no hot water, I knew there was an issue bc why is the water white at 1AM? I kept calling the front desk and got no reply from room phone. I called from my cell phone and finally got someone. She informed me that it wasn't their fault they didn't have hot water. Which is interesting bc i'm not sure who that would land on, if not them. Anyway, at 8 o clock I was informed that it should be resolved quickly. It is now 10:30 and we left the hotel without showering and that sucks. I'm just glad that my reason for traveling was to cut my trip in half, i'm picking up my son today and we will spend most of the day driving! If I had plans to go out to lunch or shopping like I originally had wanted to... not being able to shower is a real unfortunate problem and for that reason, my review is 3 stars bc the hotel is nice enough and I did like that they put snacks in the room too.. but I mean, hot water is such a necessity for a hotel to not have it for any reason is such a disappointment.
