One of the elevators didn’t work so it was lines of people going up or going down(full elevators), the parking lot was so full it was hard to find a spot anywhere even remotely close to the building, we got here at 1115 and set the thermostat lower and came back at 545 and the room temp hadn’t budged it was a like 69 degreees outside we weren’t asking for the world here. We called about it and left. When we came back and the room was still warm we tried calling guest services and an automated thing came on and said that we were in line for them to call back. No call back, we looked at ordering room service, it wasn’t available. The hotel is beautiful but maybe it’s not ran the best?

The hotel offers excellent rates for the quality you receive, and its strategic location makes getting around San Marcos simple and convenient. Breakfast alone is worth mentioning — fresh, hot, and generous. I enjoyed a meat lover’s omelette, fluffy pancakes, fresh fruit, and a solid cup of coffee — exactly what you want to start the day right. Comfort, value, location, and a strong breakfast experience — Embassy Suites San Marcos delivers on all fronts. Highly recommended. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The service provided by the hotel staff, the event coordinators, and even the fellow attendees exceeded my expectations. In particular, staff members Alice and Rebecca stood out as exceptional employees. Professional, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Their efforts made the experience even more enjoyable. Overall, this was an outstanding stay, and I would easily rate it a 5 out of 5.
