Laura + Chloe were the highlights of my morning. They whipped up great food and dished out phenomenal vibes. Also, not having 3 working elevators makes the wait unbearable when there are more than 10 folks waiting to go to their floor.

We had a birthday dinner for my 7yr old grandson, in the restaurant. We had 3 kids and 4 adults, we were loud and messy, as you can imagine. Our server, Bella, was SO patient, kind, and helpful. She made our evening very special and we were impressed with her hospitality. Thank you so much, Bella!

The beds were terribly uncomfortable. One of the pillow cases has some sort of stain. We looked under the bed and found forgotten food under one bed. The rest of the hotel was nice. The food was not great at all. I remember when staying at a Hilton was a nice get away with upper class rooms and service.

I had a great experience at this hotel. Despite some system glitches and full weekend, the staff was amazing and attentive. From the food service to the front desk. Especially Chloe and Marlene. They are the best. Thanks Ladies!

As a first time attendee to the CDCAT conference, I must say I have had a great experience. Besides the conference education, the hotel stay has been top notch. My room was very spacious and accommodating and the staff….. have been amazing. Chelsea and Nadia represent well for the Embassy. They have amazing customer service and communications…they were very helpful in directing me to the events and I observed them to be very cordial to the many many people staying. These ladies should be rewarded with raises and bonuses for their presence this week. I will definitely look for them when I return to San Marcos and the Embassy Suites.
