Stayed here on Nov 21st and had a terrifying experience. Around 7:30 PM, three strangers unlocked and walked into our room with a key card. The front desk claimed it was because they “had the same last name,” which makes no sense and should never happen.
We no longer felt safe and left immediately. The manager promised the GM would call the next day — it’s now Nov 24th and no one has reached out.
This was a serious security breach, and the lack of concern afterward is unacceptable. I’m a Diamond member, but honestly, no guest should ever have people walk into their room. Would not trust this property again.

I would give this hotel a 3.5 out of 5. The lobby area was very nice and we were given 2 complimentary drinks (per person) for happy hour, which also included a small table set up with appetizer type snacks such as crackers, cheese, chips, salsa, vegetables. The seating area around and outside the bar was very spacious. The breakfast was pretty good. They had a made to order egg/omelet area but the line was very long if you didn’t get there early. That was also the only place to get pancakes and for some reason they didn’t just leave the ones already made out for guests to help themselves so my son was very disappointed because he had been looking forward to pancakes. The actual room was very spacious (we had the 2 bedroom suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out sofa), however we had an issue getting the tv in the bedroom to work (after about 20 minutes of messing with it my husband finally got it to work). The AC was also horrible. I’m not sure if it was just our room but it was hot and extremely stuffy all night. We tried setting it lower but it didn’t seem to get below 74. I usually run cold but even I was uncomfortable. We did not reach out to the front desk for help as we were only there one night and didn’t realize the issue until late (we had been out and about much of the day and night). The other reason for a lower review is there are only 3 elevators and it seemed like 2 weren’t working our entire stay. We waited nearly 15 minutes while trying to go check out and finally had to lug all of our suitcases and bags down the stairs.

I can not say enough good things about my stay and the staff here specifically in the restaurant/bar area. Aaliyah M., Therese, Adam, Lora, and Derrick were all amazing! I didn’t know what drink to order so I asked for something fruity, very vague I know, but Aaliyah made the BEST mango drink I’ve ever had and that’s coming from someone who doesn’t typically like mango. Then I was able to try the first ever drink they made with a smoke bubble on top! For a drink made up right on the spot, it was pretty tasty! I also made the same request for a fruity drink and was offered a crimson blush. Let me just say it was beyond amazing! Not too fruity and the taste of alcohol was just enough. The food service was amazing and the food came out quick! No complaints at all from me

Myself and some coworkers went to the nightly happy hour and Aaliyah was serving us that night. She was phenomenal. Very attentive and made very good drinks. She definitely made a wonderful addition to our night cap. Theresa, Adam, and Lora also served us as well and the drinks they made were amazing too. The crimson blush was to die for and they allowed us to taste test a possible new drink. 10’s across the board

I am a Hilton silver member. So I have been to many hiltons on an annual basis. I have been to this hotel twice in the past two years. The rooms are what you expect from an embassy suites, functional with a little sitting room. The front desk staff was nice. However, the lady they had walking around to people and discussing promotions for Hilton honors members was awful and enough to ruin the whole visit. She originally spoke with one of my business associates and then she blew him off when she found out he does not have a lot of honors points. Then she spoke with me and deemed I was worthy to talk with because of my point balance. She began to describe the promotion. I asked her questions about it because I wanted to know more information and make sure I knew what to expect if I were to accept the proposal. At first, she said it was okay to ask questions. The next moment she started talking down to me and was very rude telling me if I had to ask questions then this wasn’t the promotion for me, and when I did not accept the promotion at the time of her discussion, she dismissively stated I must not like to travel and rudely turned her back. Continuing our eventing, not 10 minutes later we saw a cockroach near the bar. The best thing at the dinner arranged for our business group was the bread. The chicken and mushrooms was okay . The beef dish was incredibly tough. The sides were all good jalapeño cheddar mac & cheese, cheesy baked potatoes and roasted potatoes with some carrots and onion. The people serving and overseeing the dinner were very nice. The meeting room food was good. And the salmon at lunch was cooked perfectly.
