When I search on their website I'm always sure to collect the box for pets, because I always travel with my dog, and that's one of the reasons we always stay at best western. When I arrive to check in after an 8-hour Drive I was told they do not accept pets. He showed me on their website where it's in really fine print at the bottom. That's beside the point since the search engine told me they did take pets. They refused to refund me my money. This may be the last time I do business with Best Western. They left me stranded out of state with a daughter and a dog, and couldn't care less about it.
