    Hospitality goes a long way First check in in weeks that wasn’t a horror story Normal check in , reasonable deposit hold and bed is comfy !

    Three of us stayed her the night of 8 March 2026. A nice little place within walking distance of the Embarcadero shops and restaurants. Reminds me of some of the places I used to stay at along the coast when I was a kid in the 60s. The little balcony was good for morning coffee. It's nothing fancy, but it's adequate, and comfortable. The shower/toilet area is small, so if you need a lot of room... The beds were comfortable, and being able to sleep with the sliding door open was nice in March. The continental breakfast was good. They don't have a 24hr front desk. After hours, you have to call a phone number. If I'm not mistaken, a sign says, "for emergencies." Also - No air conditioning. The western setting sun made the room a little warm in the March afternoon, but not unbearable.

    Nice place to stay. The Best Best Western in the area Comfortable. The desk people are very friendly and helpful. Parking lot is easy to access. I stayed in town for work. Definitely will be back

    Our stay was great, our first time staying here and we were very pleased. Manager was really kind and helpful also recommended places to go to. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Laundry area clean and useful for us since we went to the river a couple times. Only detail, one of our days that we took our privacy sign off to have our rooms cleaned nobody came and cleaned. It wasn't a big deal for us since it was our last day and am sure if we would have asked they would've done it. Breakfast was good many options to chose from. Also, Family friendly hotel. Overall would definitly recommend!
