  We booked through Expedia. The checking clerk, Shay was very helpful. My wife was on crutches. They only had second floor rooms with no elevator however, he was able to switch out a room and get us a handicap room.We were very thankful for. In the morning they came around at eleven o'clock.Knocking on everyone's doors, letting them know.It was check out. The place was very clean and efficient and accommodating

  The staff was very nice checking in and checking out. We didn’t use room service bc we slept in mostly and didn’t want to be bothered plus we stayed for only 4 nights. Loved the accessibility of different entrances. We parked the car right by the side door entrance and our room was just right there on the second floor. The laundry was easy to use cost 4 dollars in quarters to do one wash and dry. It was clean and efficient had no problems. The room was clean and cold which was great. The AC worked the entire time there. WiFi was great. We had the laptop hooked on to our hdmi cord to watch tv it worked great ! The bathroom was also clean and hot water worked too. Overall it was a great stay. Nothing luxury or fancy but if your looking for something budget friendly clean and safe book your stay !

  I’m telling you right now, do not stay here. I checked in with a friend, went up to our room, and there were stains on our bed sheets. They changed our room and immediately sent someone else into our room (without it being cleaned or the beds remade) and our next room had bedbugs! The man at the front desk REFUSED to refund me, even though he admitted to the fact that there were bugs AND that we were within the signed policy. Policy stated that you had to let front desk know about any issues with the rooms within the first 15 minutes for a refund, which we did, and he argued with me and refused to contact a manager. When I finally informed him I contacted police, the manager was finally called. Please; don’t stay here.

  First of all the The pictures online aren’t REMOTELY close to what the “hotel” actually looks like. It is FILTHY. The parking lot is trashy. There is a sign at the desk that says your room doesn’t get cleaned daily because they are short on housekeeping staff. Like why are you open scamming folks for there money! There were BEDBUGS in the rooms. They were on the mattress and the walls. Customer service was horrendous. No consideration, no accountability.. Refused to give the money back! The first room they sent my family to had NO AC and remember we are in Texas... The second room my family was sent to was somebody else’s room. Sheets weren’t fixed. The room looked used already. And the third one had bedbugs. I would not suggest staying here. It was horrible. I ended up driving two and half hours back home because I couldn’t stay where I had paid..it was dirty and FULL of bedbugs. I never thought I would be hotelfished!… and also I have receipts

  Estuvimos el día 20 de febrero 2026 y todo excelente solo en la noche olía un poco raro porque tenían apagado los climas de lobby El único detalle es que el reembolso no lo han hecho ya hablé con mi banco y me comenta que el hotel aún no regresa el depósito de $50 dolares que pague con mi tarjeta, ya les envíe correos pero nadie me responde mi reserva fue a nombre de Adriana Perez 20 de febrero 2026
