  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. At check-in, I was asked for an additional credit card even though I had already paid through a third-party reservation. I assumed this was just for incidentals, so I provided one. When I arrived at my room, I found the door propped open and unsecured, which was extremely concerning. I called the front desk, and instead of addressing the issue professionally, the staff member acted as if my request for a different, secure room was unreasonable. After some back-and-forth, I was eventually moved. Unfortunately, the second room was also in poor condition. The bathroom had broken tile on the floor, and the shower fixtures were covered in heavy calcium buildup or soap scum. To make matters worse, I later discovered I had been charged a second time for the room. When I called the hotel, they confirmed this was an actual charge, not just a pending authorization, but said they couldn’t do anything about it and that only a manager could issue a refund. This lack of accountability was incredibly frustrating. Overall, this stay was unacceptable due to poor room conditions, unprofessional service, and billing issues. I would not recommend staying here.

  Once we arrived, checking was a breeze! I have nothing bad to say about front desk clerks. They have a pool and gym on location which was convenient. They also have a shuttle available for people that wants to go to SeaWorld. We had a room that held 7 people. The room they gave us look like a two bedroom apartment with a pull-out chair. Had microwave, refrigerator, chairs, televisions, stove/oven, dishwasher,etc.. utensils, etc. Interior was clean, we spent 2 days there but i dont recalled if housekeeping ever came and clean our room while we were out. Parking lot can be full at times, depending on the day of the week. This location is 5 minutes away from SeaWorld and various restaurants. Definitely a convenient location if SeaWorld is your agenda. They do serve breakfast in the morning.

  My wife, three boys, and I just did Spring Break in San Antonio and spent 5 nights at this hotel! It was nothing short of awesome! We booked a 2 bedroom suite. It was spacious, great beds, two bathrooms, and a nice comfortable couch too. Our suite was very clean, fresh linens daily (with the light housekeeping). We had no issues at all with the suite. Very well maintained. Probably our favorite thing about this hotel is the evening social! They advertise it as "light appetizers" from 5:30pm to 7pm Monday through Wednesday. Folks, it's enough food for a whole meal! Those were quite the filling "appetizers!" On top of that they offer free beer and wine during those hours as well! So if you're staying here Monday through Wednesday, it is not necessary to make any dinner plans. You can enjoy dinner and drinks right there! Just don't bring any outside guests. This is an awesome privilege for HOTEL guests that no one needs to be abusing! I just wish they included Thursday in the evening social. We really could have used that extra evening to save money on dinner! In addition, they have a FREE SHUTTLE to SeaWorld! This saves $30/day on parking! The shuttle drops off and picks up right in front of the main gate. Very easy and very convenient. The breakfast (all mornings) is great too! You name it, they have it (except for the free beer and wine). All in all, we had quite possibly, one of the best hotel stays we have ever had in all our travels. We plan to be back in San Antonio in 2028 and we really hope to stay here again!

  Great location for Seaworld. Jaymes and Danial could not have been more accommodating & friendly with request for early check in. Would stay again. Thanks
