  My Family Stayed here during Easter Weekend and everything was absolutely wonderful. Although the weather didn’t cooperate for sea world we still had the best time on our trip. The front desk staff was very helpful. We loved the breakfast buffet and the ladies that helped us were very nice. The best part of our stay was the Easter egg hunt for the kids. We sure did not expect that and came totally unprepared but Sam Was so kind she provided bags for our 2 boys. The kids loved the bubbles and the delicious cupcakes. The Easter bunny was the cutest we loved how he passed out candy and took multiple pictures with our family. This was such a memorable trip and we hope to visit again soon. Thank you holiday staff

  Ambrocha is the best bartender I have had in a long time. She knowledgable about bourbon,military service, and insurance. I shared the story of my fiancee losing her engagement ring and she kindly schooled me on the benefits of insuring an expensive ring! I also learned about military insurance with my deceased father. Ambrocha is a gem that enhances the Holiday organization!

  Lo mejor es su ubicación si tienes planeado ir a SeaWorld y/o Aquatica. Las habitaciones están bien conservadas pero ya lucen algo desgastadas, las TVs son muy antiguas, los sofás rechinan. Estuve 3 noches y no hicieron la limpieza a pesar de que la solicité, solo me cambiaron las toallas y eso porque llamé, ni siquiera la basura se llevaron. Check in es a las 4pm, checkout 11am. El estacionamiento es muy amplio y luce seguro. Tiene una piscina exterior muy bonita, pero nada climatizada, el agua está muy fría, tiene otra interior que estaba en mantenimiento. El gimnasio luce muy gastado y poco equipado, las pesas literal tenían óxido. El desayuno es bueno (si no lo incluyes en tu tarifa cuesta 15 por persona), pero diario ponen exactamente lo mismo y es casi lo mismo que el de un Holiday Inn express (y las bebidas necesariamente te las tiene que servir un mesero, no hay nada de autoservicio a pesar de ser buffet). Yo lo seleccioné principalmente porque su piscina luce muy bien, pero aún en un día con calor el agua estaba incómodamente fría, a la siguiente buscaré otra opción.

  During my stay, I noticed a leak in the bathroom coming from the ceiling and running down the wall. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch it right away before my stay was over, but it’s definitely something that should be addressed. I thought my sister made the mess and just cleaned it up but turns out it was coming from the ceiling. I attached the video. At the bar, the tap for a specific beer I wanted was broken, which was disappointing. Just a heads up for anyone booking,,, breakfast is not included. For the price of the stay, I honestly expected it to be, but you’ll have to pay for it separately. I also briefly spoke with an employee who confirmed that the owner does not properly maintain the property. Based on what I saw during my stay, that statement felt accurate. The overall condition of the place reflects a lack of upkeep. Considering everything, the current 3 star rating feels justified. Pretty disappointed that I redeemed my travel points for this subpar experience.

  Special shoutout to the staff in the restaurant for the breakfast. Very courteous and kept checking if we were okay and needed anything. I've been to many holiday inn, but this one has by far been the best experience. Staff at the front desk helped me an early check in and guided me well once i was there. They were also great in helping me with the shuttle service to get to sea World. Highly recommend taking the bus. Ensure you carry a portable charger if you're going to sea World so you battery charge to call them hotel back to request for the shuttle bus pickup from sea World back to the hotel. I wish the rooms had water bottles and there were better water dispensers than the one near the gym. The condition of the bathrooms were good but can tell it's getting old.
