  Es un hotel muy callado por lo regular en los hoteles en lo personal me gusta instalarme en el último piso para evitar los ruidos de los de arriba por la noche, pero este lugar es sumamente acogedor y callado, no esta muy pegado al free way y eso es un plus ya que no hay ruidos externos, en el servicio 4 estrellas la persona que nos atendió se la paso en el celular en el oído mientras nos atendiendo y eso se me iso poco profesional, llegas a otros hotes y te dan la vienvenida y te agradecen por ser miembro etc, etc, esta persona ni las buenas tardes nos dio, en conclusión el hotel no será el mejor pero está en una buena area y es muy relajante, esperó qué la próxima ves que nos vuelvan a mandar para este rumbo nos instalen aquí, y para terminar solamente que al personal que se encuentre en el área del front desk que los entrenen un poco mejor,

  Let me start off by saying that Holiday Inn is my go to hotel when I'm traveling. I always look to see if they is a Holiday Inn close by that I can stay. That was a big mistake to do on March 14th 2026. I booked the Holiday Inn in San Antonio N - Stone Oak Area 19280 Redland Road for affordability, and like they say you get what you paid for. We arrived at the Holiday Inn at 3:00, tired from being on the road only to be told that our rooms were not ready. They told us they would call us when the rooms were ready, but the call never came. Two hours later I went to the lobby and after much discussion they finally gave me a room. No compensation, no apologies, Just a thank you for your patience. I got to the room only to find out the door was not secure. It seemed wobbly and light could come in through the sides (Picture provided). When I brought up this issue, only a "Oh yeah that door" was given. Again no apology, no compensation, no discounts, no free meal nothing. We got this hotel for the price and the indoor pool. The manager told if I could wait an hour as they were cleaning the pool. When we got there it did not look clean at all It looked green (Picture provided). This Holiday Inn just gave a bad vibe to the whole trip thanks. Rene Garza

  Unfortunately I have to write this review. I booked a room with double queens beds. My room was not cleaned the day after I checked it in and no clean towels were available on request. I called & went to front desk and was advised to find the cleaning lady on my floor. No cleaning lady was on the 3rd floor and I have been a member for years. Very disappointed at this locations Services.

  To begin with, I would like to state that this hotel corporation is the worst. Yes, each time you walk by the front desk, they will smile and check you in, but they are not who they seem to be. This is simply the most terrible company in the world. Due to a house fire two nights ago, my boyfriend and his family are sleeping at this exact location. As with any hotel, room service is expected to check guests in every day, if not every other day, and replace soiled towels and linens. However, they told the manager that they would prefer not to clean their room because it smelled until after they had checked out. Which, like what occurred to them just now, is really insulting. They also have a family member who is a disabled veteran. I'll report this to corporate because it shouldn't be permitted, and I don't want any other civilian to be treated this way. Even a citizen who has served his nation is nevertheless viewed as inferior to the employees of this facility. which, in my opinion, is completely absurd since they have responsibilities that people must adhere to and perform regardless of the circumstances. Also, there will be no mention of this facility or the hotel's operations because my mother works for the city and assists travelers who are looking for lodging. If I could give this a 0 star rating I would.

  Worst hotel ever. The room has damage everywhere. Hot tube is broken, elevator is broken. The bar is not open like it's supposed to be. False representation for the facility. And definitely not worth what I paid. When I asked for my money back once I seen the hot tub was broken and has been for months and the state of the rest of the facility the lady at the front desk was rude and not helpful. Says she wasn't giving me a refund due to she had already checked me in and it was almost 9 pm. And when I explained that we had just checked in and hadn't been there 15 min that we were sold the room under the impression that everything was in working order. She stated she couldn't give me a refund because it was booked through a third party. I called and notified them of the condition of the facility. They tried called the front desk as I sat in the lobby watching and she refused to pick up. The guy with the third party said he sent a email giving them 30 mins to come up with a solution. And that if they refused to make it right then priceline would. Avoid this hotel I spoke to several others and they said they were told it's been this way under renovation for months and nothing has done just excuses and charging high rates for a less than one star hotel. I will not be back.
