  Me family came in to visit and had an amazing stay at this location. The rooms were clean, spacious and beds were comfy. Breakfast has lots of options. Staff and mgmt were friendly and helpful. We had an amazing stay and staff made us feel very welcomed. I will definitely recommend and will be staying at this location on our next visit!

  We stayed here for the Zach Bryan concert as the reviews were all decent reviews. They have on site security as well. Parked our vehicle in the line of the security camera however, our vehicle was STILL broken into and tail lights taken off. Police were even called for us to be told that they would not be dispatching anyone that it would have to be done online after waiting 45 mins for an officer an having to call back when one hadnt showed. Save yourself the trouble and headache of staying here and getting your vehicle broken into and hotel staff and police NOT doing a single thing about it.

  Best hotel we have stayed at in a very long time! The staff was always helpful the breakfast was amazing, I usually dont leave reviews, but glad to leave on a great note, thanks to the staff and hotel management being the best!

  Everything about the stay was fantastic. I am a Diamond Elite customer with IHG, so I stay in this brand a lot. Sometimes you end up at a place where the service stands out, and this was one of those places. From management to maintenance, everyone seemed genuinely happy we were there. The location was close to shopping, with a mall across the highway. It is directly next door to a movie theater, which is convenient if you have time. So, location wise, it's in a good spot with easy highway access. It is in a very safe location, however there was a vehicle that appeared to have the back glass broken out in the parking lot. I travel a lot, and I see this a lot. I bring my valuables inside at night, and I do that no matter where I am. Thieves are opportunistic and whoever did that, probably were not staying there. I felt very comfortable after dark there. Overall, I enjoyed the stay. This is not a brand new location, but it's well taken care of and appears to be managed well. Next time I am in San Antonio, I'll stay here.

  If I could give 0 stars I would. This hotel is not what they make it seem online. The photos are NO WHERE near what they promote. Breakfast was the worst breakfast I ever seen. The La Quintas have better looking breakfast than this supposed high end hotel. 2nd housekeeping just walks in when your clearly say your coming to answer the door. And if you have kids this is definitely not a place for you. My child had an upset tummy and threw up on the bed (no where on the mattress). I cleaned the sheets as best as I could with wipes. Went downstairs and told the supposed manager. He gave us clean sheets and a bag to place the linens. Only to be charged $150 hours after we have checked out. According to the manager housekeeping said it was poop and had to throw away the linens. When I called to dispute this the supposed manager said he spoke with the night person and was told the child had threw up on the carpet. How your figure when he’s the one who gave us clean sheets? So yes definitely NOT family friendly.
