- PKPranav KulkarniApr 4, 20261.0The worst hotel ever. They do not have staff in the morning and they will take your booking without checking the availability. What you will get will not match with what you booked.
- RDRobert D.Mar 30, 20262.0Front desk was not professional and seemed rude at check in. Hotel was under renovation and very messy. Rooms were clean but very noisy due to constant noisy traffic at Commerce street. Breakfast has limited options. Overall one of the worst Holiday Inn hotels.

The rooms were nice, we didn't need for a thing. There was construction on the 1st floor but it didnt bother us one bit. Breakfast was good as well. We will be returning when we visit again.
- TCTomas CornejoMar 22, 20261.0Never got a room, came in at 2:15 to see if they had a room ready from the reservation i had, my confirmation said check in was at 3pm, however lady at the front desk wanted to charge me $25 early check in fee, I ended up cancelling this reservation and went somewhere else, by the way the lobby stinks due to contruction, it looked like like it was dusty as well

Which is fine not to talk, but they just came off kinda pushy and like fed up with their job. The room was great, except the toilets are SO LOW to the ground. Otherwise, no complaints. Location is not the best area but it's close to the Alamodome for events and within walking distance of Towers of America and other fun restaurants and shops.
