  Stayed here last Friday during a family trip to San Antonio (SeaWorld and Six Flags), and the experience raised serious safety and security concerns. During the night, our truck’s window was deliberately broken. Nothing was stolen, which strongly suggests targeted searches for firearms or cash. This was not an isolated incident, approximately eight trucks were vandalized the same night. A review of prior Google reviews shows this is a known, ongoing issue in this area for several years, yet there appears to be no effective corrective action taken to protect guests or their property. While the hotel provided a complimentary night, that does not address the underlying failure to provide a reasonably safe environment. Of particular concern, a person from a nearby hotel immediately provided contact information for a third party who arrived within 20 minutes with the exact replacement window for my truck and serviced multiple other Chevrolet trucks that same morning. The speed, coordination, and specificity of this response raise serious questions about whether these incidents are being facilitated or anticipated. Based on this experience, I cannot recommend this location. Travelers should exercise extreme caution, and management should take immediate, verifiable action to address what appears to be a recurring and organized security issue.

  If you see this hotel, I recommend skipping it. The first disappointment was when we arrived and they gave us a room we did not reserve because our room was not available. We paid for a room with two beds, but they gave us one bed and one sofa, which was very bad 👎🏻. The bathtub was rusty and not in very good condition. Lastly, and just as important, the air conditioning is set to turn off during the night. It was a total disappointment because most of the night you end up sleeping with it off since it shuts off automatically. The point of a hotel is to rest comfortably, but it was the opposite. The hotel also has a bad smell.

  I accidentally came in and thought I had a reservation. The wonderful lady working looked me up and didn't find me. It was my bad on that, but she was all the way a great person that wanted to help and tried. Thank you , Maam. About 5'3 or so, with glasses and dark shot cut hair. Im sorry i didnt get your name. Shes absolutely a great asset to yalls place!!

  Very sweet and personable staff. Nice and clean. The breakfast is the same thing every day, but the food is good. Nice community space with TVs and free coffee, tea, and hot chocolate 24/7. They also allowed me to bring my 2 cats, which was a very big deal for me, and I'm sure also matters to other pet owners.
