  DONT STAY HERE!!! FOR THE LOVE OF YOUR LIFE. If you and your family are looking to just book a which one night or a long stay either or don’t book here. I was skeptical about staying here in the first place but it was very last minute and didn’t have much time to book somewhere. I’ll start off with the good part. The services is okay, upon looking into the reviews some ppl say that they are mean and rude. I guess it depends who it is. That’s this not okay but at least I got some nice employees. Okay where should I start. I’ll summarize… -NOT CLEAN -DANGEROUS AREA - DIRTY BED, RESTROOM, ROOM,WALLS, FLOORS -DIRTY POOL -NEGLECTED ORGANIZATION OUTSIDE All in all it’s not clean at all everything you’d expect to be at least clean is just disgusting. You walk in the hotel and it’s so cramped. The walls I kid u not have stains of a dark coffee color liquid. And it’s all over the floors going all the way up. The whole time we were there those stains remained. It was disappointing. This hotel is outdated and needs updating, there’s no actual ac vents. It’s pipes releasing air literally. That’s why it feels so humid and hot as soon as u walk in the hotel. The tables are sticky and chairs are ripped. The floors aren’t cleaned either and the hallways and so confusing and small, the hallway railings are also wood and are very dirty and sticky. They had a sticky liquid and got my shirt all dirty. It happened twice in different spots. we booked 4 rooms for 2 nights and 3 days. All the rooms smelled and felt so dang humid. It felt icky, the floors in the rooms are wooden and they were stained with liquids and so sticky. You could feel the dirt under your shoes. And it wasn’t just my room it was all four rooms I booked for family. The shower has hair in it and the towels had so much pieces of hair in every dang towel. The toilet sprays out the water when u try to flush (it wouldn’t let me flush) and the actual shower head is moldy and the water pressure is so bad. The shampoo and conditioner along with the body wash are connected to the wall and has moldy spots on the actual bottled and around them. The bathroom walls had yellow residue all over and the actual tub was stained gray. If u must stay here wear crocs or some sort of protective shoes in there. The bed had hairs and all of my family members not just me felt so itchy and uncomfortable. DONT walk barefoot anywhere. i don’t want to imagine the amount of germs this place has. Im sure there’s more but I can’t think of it right now. It’s just musty and disgusting. Don’t stay here and waste your money. They overpriced and it’s not worth it. I’d rather pay more for better service and overall quality and stay. That’s why I ended up staying here. But it’s just a rip off. -0/10

  Nice rooms and employees but our vehicle was broken into & a lot of things were stolen- even though they had security on duty & exterior security cameras. We were told, after the theft, by an employee that it "happens all the time" at that location. Cameras were no help.

  I want to start by saying that the front desk manager was very kind and understanding when we decided to leave early, and the overnight staff member was also friendly and helpful. This review is not a reflection of the employees, but rather the overall management and condition of the hotel. Unfortunately, our stay was extremely disappointing. When we first arrived, the bed sheets were dirty, the bathtub was not clean and had visible mold, and there was a large gap at the bottom of the door that was never addressed during our stay despite being a maintenance issue. We stayed for three nights, but housekeeping only cleaned our room after the first night. Even more concerning, they left our door open while we were gone for the entire day. Thankfully, none of our belongings were stolen or disturbed, but this was very upsetting. After we reported it, no further effort was made to service or secure our room. The following day, we discovered roaches in the room, and some even got into our suitcases. We have photo evidence of this. Additionally, there was no microwave-safe dish provided in the room. While the breakfast was decent, it did not meet the standard we’ve experienced at other Holiday Inn locations. The hotel’s location also felt unsafe, and parking was very limited, especially near our room. Due to all of these issues, we ultimately decided to leave early. Overall, this was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend staying at this location.

  I've traveled the world and seen many hotels, but I've never seen anything like this one! The service was terrible, and I don't recommend it. There was no appreciation, no attention!! .

  Subject: Concern About How My Issue Was Handled Hello, I would like to share something that happened during my recent visit. I had been waiting patiently for an issue to be resolved with my room. While we were waiting for help, Paul spoke to me in a way that felt embarrassing, especially because it happened in front of the other customer while in the elevator using insultimg words. I want to say that Liz later stepped in and helped resolve the issue after the fact, and I appreciate her assistance. She handled the situation kindly and helped bring it to a resolution. My concern is mainly about how I was addressed earlier in front of others. It was uncomfortable and discouraging. I simply hope that in the future situations like this can be handled with a little more understanding and privacy. Thank you for taking the time to read this and for considering my concern.
