  Basic hotel reflected by the price. Breakfast included which was good. No safe for valuables though so having to keep everything with me was a major downside. Location nearby San Antonio creek which leads through to the River walk. It's about 20 mins walking to get to the central area.

  Worst hotel ever. The bars in the sofa bed were piercing through my back? Random crackling noises throughout the night, and the sofa bed came with a towel as the blanket. The mattress was also filthy.

  We really enjoyed our stay, the front desk staff was very helpful and the check in was quick and easy. Breakfast was not that good but they had rest options. The woman that worked in the breakfast area just stares at you as you’re trying to get your food. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, very spacious! I only gave 4 stars because the towels had some stains, but we brought our own thank goodness. The hotel was quiet, there’s only 1 elevator however in our experience it didn’t take that long so I was bothered by that at all. 1 of the tvs was very static so we weren’t able to watch it comfortably. This hotel is a 15-20 minute walk to the riverwalk, not 7. It is a 8-10 minute walk to the market (very expensive definitely not worth it lol) but overall I’d stay here again for sure! Very family friendly and small children friendly!

  Disappointing, I wouldn't return to this hotel, terrible, the service and the rooms. Night shift service is bad. Desepcionante, no regresaria a este hote, pesimo, desde el servicio hasta los cuartos.

  Not one of the best hotels I've stayed at with IHg but it was for a work trip. The room had a funny/weird smell when I first came in, but I got used to it. The toilet was leaking water onto the floor. Do not stay here on the weekends if you want to sleep. There is a type of bar near the hotel and I could hear the music and a man speaking on a microphone for hours.
