  I expected better from Holiday Inn. Didn’t know it was a jail before being made into a hotel, but not surprised either. Had multiple ant infestations and cleaning service skipped cleaning our room two days in a row (never put the “Don’t knock” sign on our door either.) The lady at the front desk did what she could she help the ant infestations but seeing as the hotel was fully booked (somehow) there wasn’t much she could do.

  Management needs to have a talk with their housekeeping and maintenance staff. The room was very obviously not cleaned before I was handed the key, especially the bathroom. It’s like they changed the sheets (hopefully that is), made the bed, and called it a day. Back to the bathroom, there’s hair everywhere. The toilet is covered in odd stains and the toilet seat just needs to be replaced because it’s peeling. Very disappointing stay.

  Enjoyed my stay here the room could use some attention especially in the bathroom the paint was peeling but the bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly. One of the staff members named Lucy was extremely helpful and friendly she helped me when my hands were full and I was needing some assistance. She also helped me with a tray when I was struggling with my plate of food little things like that showed that she is a great asset to the company. 🙏🙏

  I was very disappointed with this hotel. Many things were not working. 1st when we got here the AC in the room wasn't working so they changed our room, ok that was fine but the elevator is at the very back of the building and our room was at the very front, ok that was fine. Why they don't have another elevator or wld have at least built the elevator in the middle 🤔. 2nd u pay $20 dollars a day for parking and they let u borrow the badge to get in and out but u have to bring it back immediately, talk about inconvenient. 3rd after swimming we wanted to wash & dry our bathing suits, dryer was not working. 4th I wanted ice for our drinks, couldn't find the ice machine on our floor, went downstairs to ask front desk she said it was on 2nd floor, ok get there....u guessed it, broken. She could have at least told me and saved me a trip..And to top it all off in the morning for breakfast we didn't get a hot breakfast bc supposedly the ovens were broken....come on, really? Never staying here again. The only thing good about this place was location.

  Stayed here for 2 nights, horrible experience. Do not recommend. Parking situation is horrible, the hotel does nothing to take responsibility. We got charged a parking fee, and were unavailable to find parking. Although I understand parking is first come first serve. The hotel refused to take the charge off. When we first arrived to the room the room was really small and not all what we had expected from the photos, our room was located in a weird secluded area. Definitely NOT the best hotel in the area. I’d think twice before booking a room here.
