  We had a great time on our tour. Our guide was great. The timing of our tour was such that we got two for the price of one: it started out with daylight and ended with twilight! San Antonio is a pretty town and the Riverwalk is wonderful.

  The tour guides are knowledgeable and friendly. I loved hearing about the architecture and the movies that were filmed in San Antonio. Great way to learn a bit about the city when you don't have a lot of time.

  An impressively inefficient and memorable experience. A great example of how poor communication and lack of accountability can turn something simple into something unnecessarily frustrating. One can’t help but feel that with even a minimal level of professionalism, this could have been handled much better — especially by Ann. It managed to put a damper on what should have been an enjoyable day. The one star goes to the manager who took the time to understand the situation — a rare moment of professionalism in an otherwise disappointing experience.

  Boat tour was great. The guide was very knowledgeable. Only issue is they took a photo which I thought was expensive. They printed it tp show is the photo and shredded it since we didnt buy it. Maybe you should first ask if people want to buy it before upu print it and shred it. May be more effective to just print it and charge a cheaper price..

  They have a boat with full service in Spanish! The guide was very funny, he had an accent because he is originally from Brazil but you could understand everything! We went on a Saturday around 11am and we did not have to wait much. The line for the boat with the guide in English was not long either. We did not buy the tickets before hand and there were only two families ahead of us to buy the tickets.
